We take great pride in serving the freshest, highest-quality food possible. Every day we start out fresh, making our sate, meats on sticks over a BBQ ingredient which gives the dish its characteristic yellow color derived from turmeric. Serve it with a spicy peanut sauce dip, or peanut gravy, slivers of onions and cucumbers, and sometimes with rice cakes too, it is a balanced meal with delight.
